Refund Policy

01Our Donation Policy

Thank you for supporting Muskan Foundation. Your donations help us run programmes for rural and marginalised communities across Jharkhand. Because donations are put to work in ongoing programmes, all donations are generally considered final and non-refundable.

We understand that mistakes can happen, so we consider refunds in the following situations.

02When We Offer Refunds

Duplicate donation

If you accidentally donated more than once, we will refund the duplicate amount in full.

Processing error

If a technical or processing error charged you an incorrect amount, we will refund the difference.

Cancellation within 24 hours

If you wish to cancel your donation within 24 hours of making it, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Depending on the stage of processing, a small payment-processor fee may be deducted from the refund.

• Your full name
• The email address used for the donation
• The date of the donation
• The donation amount
• The reason for your refund request
